Data & Privacy

1. Your Health Data

We sync with services like Garmin, Whoop, and Oura only to provide training insights. We do not sell, rent, or share your raw health data with third parties for advertising purposes. Your biological data is used strictly for the "Engine" to calculate your training load.

2. Storage & Encryption

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We store only what is necessary to generate your plan. If you delete your account, your health data is permanently purged from our servers immediately.

3. AI Processing

Your anonymized training metrics may be used to improve the general "Engine" algorithms, but your personal identity is never linked to this aggregate data. Our LLM context windows are ephemeral and do not retain your personal conversations for training base models.
