1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing TriHive, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our protocol is designed for athletes who seek precision and intelligence in their training. Unauthorized use of the "Hive Engine" or reverse-engineering our adaptation algorithms is strictly prohibited.

2. User Obligations

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their synchronized health data. While the Engine provides intelligent adaptations, users should always listen to their bodies and consult medical professionals before starting any rigorous training protocol. TriHive is a tool for optimization, not a medical device.

3. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime of the Hive Engine. However, maintenance and protocol upgrades may occasionally result in temporary downtime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the training plan adaptation layer with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

4. Subscription & Access

Access to premium Engine features requires an active subscription. All payments are securely processed. If you are unsatisfied with the service within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
